Rules & Regulations

1. Each run must be logged on Strava (referred herein as the "App") and cannot be inserted manually. For more information regarding how to log activities on the App, please see Strava’s How It Works

2. Participants are required to race to the 200km mark from 1 August 2018 (0000 hrs) to 31 October 2018 (2359 hrs). Total distance can be separate activities logged on Strava.

3. All activities logged during the event period must be uploaded to Strava by 31 October 2018 (2359 hrs).

4. A payment option is available for an upgrade to a premium runner which entitles the user a race jersey and upon completion of the 200KM Challenge, a finisher jersey.

5. Any form of entry and participation in the 200KM Challenge other than that described herein is void.

  • Activity should not be recorded on any motorized vehicles (motorized bicycles, e-scooters, cars, motorbikes, buses, lorries, etc). The Organiser reserves the rights to remove your activity should we find that it is suspicious at our discretion. This challenge is based on honour system, as the Organiser will do periodic checks on the submissions. Be true to yourself.
  • Avoid heartache and use compatible GPS Running Devices. A list of compatible devices is available at Strava’s Compatible Devices
  • Use of Pedometers are NOT allowed.
  • Activity should not be recorded on stationary machines as it will not count towards your 200KM Challenge effort.
  • Rest time should not be more than 50% of that activity.
  • Missing distances are not allowed to be added even if there was an error in the Strava GPS tracking system.
  • Missing activities will not be included into the leaderboard if no appeals are sent to us via the CONTACT US site form on within 48 hours.

6. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules & Regulations at any time, at its sole discretion, without any prior notice.

Merchandise – Race & Finisher Jersey


  • The Race Jersey will be couriered to the address provided in the registration forms within 14 working days.
  • Participants must finish the 200KM Challenge within a stipulated time to be eligible for the Finisher Jersey.
  • The Finisher Jersey will be couriered to the address provided in the registration forms within 14 working days after the end of the event.
  • The Organiser is not responsible for any undelivered Race & Finisher Jersey due to incorrect or incomplete address.
  • The Organiser is not responsible for any undelivered Race & Finisher Jersey due to unavailability of receiver at the delivery address.
  • No refund will be provided for undelivered Race & Finisher Jersey.
  • Race & Finisher Jersey not collected will be deemed to be unwanted, and the Organiser shall be at liberty to dispose or re-distribute them accordingly. Race Jerseys cannot be collected physically unless stated by the Organiser.
  • Race & Finisher Jersey sizes are limited and subjected to availability.

  • Any online registration that is not followed with online payment will become invalid registration. Therefore please ensure to pay online when you register online.
  • No refund will be made for wrongful or multiple registration.
  • Postal entries are not accepted.
  • The decision of the Registration Committee is final when accepting entries.  The organizers have the rights to refuse an entry without having to disclose a reason.
