  • Any online registration that is not followed with online payment will become invalid registration.
  • Therefore please ensure to pay online when you register online.
  • No refund will be made for wrongful or multiple registration.
  • Substitution and changing of categories is NOT allowed, so please select the category you’re eligible to sign up according to the age qualification. Otherwise you will have to re-register.
  • Postal entries are not accepted.
  • The decision of the Competition Committee is final when accepting entries. The organizers have the right to refuse an entry without having to disclose a reason

  • If you are foreigner then you must produce work permit together with your original passport.
  • Winners must ensure they have filled up the necessary documentation for the cheque presentation after the run is completed.
  • Winners must ensure to collect their cash awards after the race and upon announcement of results. All uncollected cash awards will be forfeited.

Race Kit

  • All participants registered for the run will be entitled to receive a running kit consisting of a runner’s Brooks T - shirt, Number Bib , Running Chip ,and Runner’s Guide Book. All participants must collect their running kit according to the date, time and venue confirmed by Organizer.

Note :

a. Please be informed that t-shirt size selection will only be entertained on a first come first served basis while stocks last after which they will be distributed as available.

b. There will be NO distribution of running kit on the run day.

c. Please take note that all the running kits that are not collected within the stipulated period will be deemed as unwanted and the organizers reserve the right to dispose of them in any manner deemed appropriate.

d. Registered runners without their running bib; either message or number bibs will not be entitled to the finisher medal, certificate and goodie bag.

e. For collection of 10 running kits and above, please email your bulk collection name list (full name and IC/passport number of each participant) to latest by TBC. Please ensure to submit the authorization letter for each participant listed in the bulk collection name list at the bulk collection counter on the running kit collection day.

f. Non-Malaysians and outstation runners (living outside Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Selangor) who require special arrangement for running kit collection, please drop us as an email at latest by TBC.


The organizers reserves the right to use any photograph (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event taken before, during and after the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors.

Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organizers to ensure the participants safety, participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.

The organizers reserve the right to delay the commencement of the race in the event of heavy rain or thunder storm or extreme weather condition. Should the heavy rain, thunder storm or extreme weather condition persist after delay, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the race without any refund. In the event of heavy rain or thunder storm or catastrophic or natural disaster resulting in a postponement or cancellation of the above event, the organisers shall not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever in any form made by any individual or parties concerned.


Rules & Regulation of The Triple Challenge ( DBD Langkawi Climb & Run )

1.   BDB Langkawi Climb & Run  (hereafter known as the “Event”) is conducted under the regulations of the Malaysian Athletics Federation (MAF) and terms and condition of the Triple Challenge 2016.

2.   In consideration of  Triple Challenge Oragnizer allowing the Participant’s participation in the Event, must be aged 18 years old and above hereby warrants, undertakes and agrees :-

a)  To forever release, discharge and hold harmless Triple Challenge , affiliates, officers, sponsors, advertisers employees and agents from any and all liabilities claims demands and action causes of action damages injuries costs expenses (including but not limited to any medical costs and/or expenses and property damage) which the Participants or any party claiming through or for the Participants hereafter may have arising from or in any way relating to the Event or any related activity or the Participant’s participation or use of merchandizes/goodies provided herein, including any and all claims of personal injury, wrongful death or property damage.

b)  That the Participant is physically fit, medically able and sufficiently trained to participate in the Event and shall abide by the Event officials decision relating to the Participants ability to safety participate in or complete the run;

c)  That the Participants shall abide by all rules and regulations of the Event and all decisions of Triple Challenge Organizer /Event officials including that to remove the Participants from the courses or further participants in the Event if in Event if in their sole opinion continuing endanger the health/safety of the Participants or others;

d)  That it is understood that bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller blades/skates and animals are not allowed in the run;

e)  That there are risks inherent with running on public streets and the Participant is voluntarily participating in the event with full knowledge of the possible hazards involved and hereby voluntarily and fully assumes all risks associated therewith including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effect of the weather including high heat/humidity, the conditions of the road and traffic on the course and all such risks of injury, inconvenience, harm, loss or death, in connection with his/her participants in the Event and related activities, including travelling to or from the Event even if caused In whole or in part by the negligence or others fault of the parties or persons he/she is hereby releasing, by the dangerous or defective condition of any property or equipment owned, maintained or controlled by them and /or because of their liability without fault, even though he/she does not know what or how extensive those injuries and damages might be;

f)  Triple Challenge Organizer shall have the right to use and to authorize others to use the Participants name, and likeness via any media including any recording/filming/broadcast thereof in connection with his/her participants in the Event and related activities;

g)  That all statements made and /or information provided by the Participants/Parent/Legal Guardian in this Agreement are true, correct, accurate and complete, and further warrants that he/she has truthfully and accurately completed all forms including the application form relating to the Events, and has not withheld any information requested of him/her and that by signing this agreement and supplying the answers and information requested of him/her by Organizer, he/she has no way been misleading or untruthful. Furthermore, the Participants/Parent/Guardian acknowledge that Triple Challenge Organizer reserve the right exercisable at any time at its sole discretion to disqualify the Participants from the Event should the Participants at any stage omit to supply any information reasonably requested of him/her, supply untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details or information, or otherwise be in breach of the terms contained herein or any of the rules and regulations relating to the Event.

h)   That the Participants consents to the use of the information provided in the registration form (without any compensation to the participants) to publicize the Event or otherwise, as determined by Organizer, to the extent permitted by the law.

3.   Organizer will not be responsible if any online registration and/or payment is not received due to any system, server or connection failure, interruption and delay or computer viruses or any other reason beyond our control. Only registrations and payments that are acknowledge received are deemed valid (acknowledgments of registration and payment will be made by the participating race management, and its appointed gateway via email

4.   Organizer have the right to change, add, amend, or alter the Terms and Conditions herein without prior notification.

5.   All decisions made by Event organiser shall be final and binding on the participant and Event organiser shall not be obliged to entertain request, appeal or review on any decision made.
